1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of audiotoad.space ("audiotoad", "we", "us") and any digital products sold through it. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. You must verify your email before signing in. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
3. Purchases & license
When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own music productions, including commercial releases. You may install it on machines you control.
You may not: redistribute the product (free or paid), use it as the primary audio content of a sample pack or competing product, share license keys, or remove copyright notices.
The product itself remains the intellectual property of audiotoad.
4. Free downloads
Items priced at zero are free for personal and commercial music production under the same license terms above. They aren't promotional samples; they're real releases on the house.
5. Refunds
Because audiotoad sells digital goods that are immediately delivered, all sales are final unless required otherwise by law. See our Refund Policy for the exceptions.
6. Acceptable use
Don't try to break, scrape, brute-force, or overload the service. Don't impersonate other users. Don't use audiotoad to create products that infringe someone else's rights.
7. Service availability
audiotoad is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running but make no uptime guarantees. We may change or remove features at any time. We aren't liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site or products.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Doing so removes your library access. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a banner on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
