Heads up: this is a starting template. Have a lawyer review before relying on it.
The short version
audiotoad sells digital goods that are delivered immediately. All sales are generally final. Once you've downloaded an instrument, sample pack, or preset bank, it can't be returned in the way a physical product can.
Exceptions
That said, we're a one-person studio and we want you to be happy. We'll consider refunds in these cases:
- Technical defect: the product doesn't work in a supported DAW / OS / plugin format and we can't fix it for you.
- Accidental duplicate purchase: you bought the same product twice within 24 hours.
- Unauthorised charge: someone bought through your card without your permission.
- EU/UK statutory rights: if local consumer protection law gives you a right to refund that overrides the above, we honour it.
How to request
Email hello@audiotoad.space within 14 days of purchase with:
- The order ID (in your receipt).
- The product name.
- What went wrong.
We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Free downloads
Free items can't be refunded — there's nothing to refund — but if one's broken, we'll fix it.
